Inspite of going through a lot of tough times initially, the Company was able to survive only through the dedication of workers and staff under the proper guidance of Mr. I Jacob. The devotion, sacrifice, hard work, team spirit, mutual understanding, positive attitude and integrity extended by the then and forthcoming staff and workers paved the way for the growth of the Company gradually from a Seed to a Firm of Proprietorship Viz.”Precision Engineering and our ambition has become a reality to a Private Limited Company Viz- Precision Erectors & Services Pvt.Ltd. 2012 by “ Pouring water of team spirit, timely preparation of ground of hard working, putting manure of whole heartedness.

He emphasis on building up trust among the work force and providing them support even at time of any kind of exigency.”

Starting with single Tender jobs at NTPC, KSTPS Korba for the jobs of mill maintenance, overhauling of ESP, Fans, HT & LT Motors, Duct and Dampers, APH and Coal Handling Plant of 3 x 210 MW and 3 x 500 MW Units. Further the services were extended to areas from Korba to NTPC-VSTPS Madhya Pradesh, NTPC FGUTPP Unhahar(UP), NTPC Simhadri , Andrapradesh, NTPC TSTPS Odisha and slowly after this company started getting jobs in private sectors also like Adani ,Reliance, Tata Power, Jindal, Vedanta, JSW etc.

Starting with the Erection of Auxiliary Boiler at TSPPS Talcher Odisha, the Company ventured in the erection field also. Precision Engineering successfully completed the erection work of Rotating Equipments of various sites such as NTPC, KSTPS,CGPGCL Korba East & West, LANCO Amarkantak Power Ltd. Korba, NTPC Sipat, NTPC TSTPS Talcher Odisha , NTPC Ramagundam, Techpro Ash Tech Ltd, Bilaspur, Bhuswal and Aligarh, Tata Power Project, Jharsaguda.. The Company has also successfully carried out the erection work of TTL Boiler at Gumidipndi OPG Power Plant, Chennai.
