Mr. I. Jacob is the founder and Managing Director of Precision Group of Company. He was a brilliant student and completed his education in the year 1970 from his native Kerala. He has established Precision Engineering in the year 1982 and gradually made its presence felt in power sectors as a major maintenances company throughout the country. He has enriched the company with his 40 years of experience in Power Sector. Under his direction and close review the company has achieved many unachieved milestone within very short span of time. Now the company and its associate company Precision Erectors & Services Pvt. Ltd. (Incorporated in year 2010) today has been able to explore several avenues because of Mr. I Jacob versatile experience, dedication and understanding about work.

In line with the company's policy projects are managed from four Divisional and site Offices to provide convenient reach to our clients. Mr. Aby Jacob (Director)

Mr. Aby Jacob is an energetic, dynamic entrepreneur with huge exposure in international Industrial era. He started his career with a Canada based multinational Company after completion his professional course MBA – Finance from a reputed institution of U.K .

He has joined with us in 2015 . His mission, objective and planning has made our organization a prominent name in the field of modern infrastructure industry . He possesses excellent on-the-job knowledge in Finance management and commercial matters. His strong interpersonal skills, able guidance, expertise and a wide vision that he had for the company that we are continuously growing to a nation wide services provider in power sector arena.

Mr. Siby Jacob (Director)

Mr. Siby Jacob is a dedicated , energetic entrepreneur has joined with us exactly after his graduation on Bachelor of Commerce in the year 2004 with huge success of his academic carrier.
He has completed his professional course of MBA on Marketing in the year of 2011. His dedication, and a keen understanding of business and Marketing along with an ability to draft and implement effective developmental policies, broadened avenues for entry into businesses which led to further growth of the company. His strong interpersonal skills always motivating staffs to peak performance. It was under his able guidance, expertise and a futuristic vision that he had for the company that our company converted from being a small business organization to a nation wide services provider in power sector in modern construction era.

Mr. Bimal Hota (Director)

Mr. Bimal Hota, has joined with us in 1992 as region head, his dedication, unique entrepreneur skill, strong interpersonal skills, capability of resolving multiple and complex issues, motivating the staff to peak performance, enhance his position and roll as a Director of our associated company incorporated as Precision Erectors & Services Pvt. Ltd in 2010.

He has completed his AMIE – Mechanical from Chennai in the year 1990. After graduation, he has served as Designed Engineer in a private Sectors, at Chennai.

Mr. Bimal Hota is in-charge of total management of our Odisha Division. He is dynamic and result oriented leader with a strong track performance. He always supervises and monitors the day to day overall functions of the Company.

Mr. Satadal Ballav (Director)

Mr. Ballav is one of most talented and dedicated Mechanical Engineer in construction world in India. He is one of the most intelligent student in his study life and passed out his Engineering on Mechanical with huge success in the year of 1990. He has joined with us as Director of our associated company Precision Erectors & Services Pvt. Ltd. in year 2018. He is also a Level – II (ASNT) with lots of successive story in construction and infrastructure field in modern era.

He has started his carrier in this sector exactly after his complete his education 1991, under a contract job in Durgapur Steel Plant (W.B) as a Erection Engineer. Gradually he has established himself as a key person and handled many a running and new projects/Overhauling and R&M of Boiler and it’s Auxiliaries (50MW to 600MW) with technical team of clients like NTPC, CSEB, BALCO LANCO, JPL Tata Power, DVC etc.

Mr. Jinu Varghese (General Manager)

Mr. JINU VARGHESE is a dedicated Mechanical Engineer in to days construction world, sound knowledge, exposure and experience with some lions international construction group of companies like Japanese , Krupp GMB, Russian FLs, Danish Industry make him special and most prominent figure in our organization.

Mr. Varghese has joined with us as a General Manager in Feb.2017 after successfully completion of a EPC project of a Cement plant at South Africa as a key roll member of ETA Star International LLC.

Mr. Saji Mathew (Finance Head)

Mr. Saji Mathew is post-graduate with good knowledge of Business Administration. He has a prolong experience in handling all finance functions in various Industry including a multinational organisation of Middle east (Saudi Arabia). His strong command over financial activities, under his supervision our company has achieved an stable financial position.

He has joined with our company in the year 2012. He has completed his post- graduation in 1989 and started his carrier as executive in NFC, Hyderabad. His mission, objective and planning has made the Company a name in the field of construction. Being a first generation entrepreneur, he possesses excellent on-the-job knowledge of finance, banking, general management and commercial matters.

Mr. Subhashis Chakravarty (AGM - Commercial)

Mr. Subhasis Chakrabarti has started his carrier as C.A. firm as trainee and then done MBA in Finance. He has a experience of 24 years in both manufacturing and construction field. He has joined our Company as AGM - Commercial in the year 2018.

Mr. G. Satish (Administrative Head)

Mr. G.Satish is a Post Graduate In Economics & Sociology and MBA in Personnel Management. He has a vast experience in the field of Administration,Industrial Relation, Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR),and Personnel Management. After serving a long period of of 34 years in Public Sector Undertaking he has joined our Company as Head - HR in the year 2014.

Mr. Biju Joy (Regional Manager (NORTH))

Mr. Biju Joy has an experience of over more than 25 years with extensive knowledge of Mechanical construction both Power and Manufacturing sector. He has re- joined with us in year 1996 with experience of good international work culture with a Saudi Industrial equipment production company .

He passed out his Diploma in Mechanical in the year 1987 and exactly he turned out as a manager in our company in 1988 . He always supervises and monitors the day to day overall technical functions of the Company.

Mr. Stanely James (Regional Manager(SOUTH))

Mr. STANELY JAMES is a versatile personality of to days power sector arena. He has competed his graduation on Economics from University of Calicut In 1988.

He was one of known personality in industrial Finance and accounting function and have a sound knowledge as finance Manager over 3 years in handling all finance functions.

In the year of 1991 he has switch over as a technical man in Power sectors and completed a vocational course of welding technology. During last 27 years he has successfully managed and completed some turnkey projects of prestigious clients, as a site head on roll of some known contraction company of Indian business world.

Mr. Sushant Satpaty (Regional Manager(EAST))

Mr. Sushant Satpaty has Diploma in Mechanical, passed in 1994 from SCT&VT University. He has joined our REGIONAL MANAGER (EAST) in the year 1994.

Mr. Manoj Kumar V. (HEAD – Contract Cell )

Mr. Manoj Kumar V. has Joined with us in the year 2001. He passed out his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in the year of 1998 from IME of Mumbai. He has a good command on computer application and got qualified in software development in computer world. He is one of the most dedicated member of our both technical and commercial team.
